Service Description

This session is entirely dedicated to your needs, ensuring you receive individualized instruction to master your subject at your own pace. Whether you need help with understanding concepts, exam prep, or problem-solving, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Includes: 1. Access to a Zoom recording of session (available for 120 days)! 2. Free Study Strategy Development advice (a $30 value- yours free)!
Service Policies
1. Service Agreement: Each participant must sign the Service Contract before sessions can begin. The Service Contract is attached to the Booking Form. 2. Session Policy: No tutoring sessions will be conducted until all required contracts are signed. 3. Subject & Format: Tutoring is for nursing students and conducted online via Zoom. Links are sent at least 1 hour before each session. 4. Recordings: Sessions are recorded for quality and learning. One-on-one clients will have access to a copy after each session (accessible for 120 days). 5. Minors: A parent or guardian must be present during all sessions with minors. 6. Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to cancel without charge. Late cancellations may be charged in full, except in emergencies. 7. Lateness: Clients arriving 15+ minutes late are considered a no-show and charged in full. Tutors who are late will compensate time or issue a refund. 8. Preparedness: Clients must come prepared with necessary materials and inform the tutor about any tools or systems involved. 9. No Guarantees: No promises are made regarding grades or outcomes. 10. Materials Use: All learning materials are the intellectual property of the tutor. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed. 11. Confidentiality: Clients agree not to share any session content or materials with others. 12. Legal Terms: The agreement is governed by California law. The tutor is an independent contractor and not liable for any grade-related outcomes. 13. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
